He calls her “Baby” or “Cam-Win,” rubs her head and says she’s “soft and warm.” He doesn’t even seem to mind that she cries sometimes during Backyardigans or Blue’s Clues. In the last picture he was reaching over and patting her saying “It’s OK Baby” all because she let out a little whimper. I think it’s safe to say that he might actually like her (a little).
Camryn: Day 14

So our first 14 days are over and I can’t believe how much she’s already changed. Although I’m grateful that I’ve survived these past two weeks, I can’t help but be sad that before I know it, she’ll be putting her own doll babies in this bed. Slow down time…I’m not ready for her to grow up yet!
Speaking of the bed, my dad made this especially for Camryn. He even carved her initials in the headboard!

How adorable is that quilt? My friend Wendi, who sent me that awesome mobile, also sent this gorgeous quilt that her mom made me. I think Camryn likes it too!
