Fall into it…

After living in the south for the last 5 years, I had really forgotten how much I love Fall.  Fall (and I use that term loosely) in the south consists of the temperature falling from Nuclear, to something a little less face melting when you walk outside.  Nothing changes color, everything just turns brown and bare.  Can’t even begin to describe how nice it is to walk outside my house with a sweater on in October, instead of a tank top, and see this…..

Now all I need is a pile of leaves to jump in to…..

Just cause…

Just cause she looked so darn cute in the tub the other night…

Allie…

I remember when she was born, and I’m pretty sure I changed a diaper or two.  Now she’s graduating high school.  I’m sure I speak for her mother as well as everyone else when I say… “Where did the time go?!?”

Claire: Day 17

Drove to Des Moines yesterday to photograph my cousin and his wife’s first baby.  She nearly slept the whole time!  Congrats Ryan and Shelly!!  Claire is every bit as beautiful as we knew she would be!  xoxo

Camryn: Day 240

I’m going to have to get a second job just to keep up with the amount of food this child can shovel into her mouth.  It’s really quite impressive for an 8 month old with no teeth.

Bueller….Bueller??

WOW…it’s been 29 days since my last post and my friends are starting to wonder where I’ve run off to.  Yes, I am still here.  Life has been a little hectic lately for sure.  We moved from Mississippi to Kansas City, KS back at the beginning of September, and have been living in a furnished temporary apartment until either one of two things happen:  Either A–our house in MS sells, or B–We have to take the buy out from Chris’ company.  Either way, we should be rid of the MS house  by November, and into a new house here in KS sometime around Thanksgiving.  So lately my days have been filled with entertaining my two crazy adorable children, working my full time job from the apartment, and house hunting with our very patient realtor–I’m pretty sure we’ve seen every house for sale in the KC KS metropolitan area.  Anyway, don’t give up on me yet because there will be plenty of awesome things to come!
