Sunshine and Kitty Boots… {Kansas City Child Photographer}

It practically hurt my eyes seeing all the sunshine from the last few days.  It’s been pretty grey and gloomy here.  Today’s high….83!  WHAT?  Took advantage of it while it lasts.  Here’s a couple of the kiddos outside in the backyard.  Camryn hates the grass, but loves her boots.  Cole has forgotten how to smile.  Just another example of my kids’ infection of PCS (Photographers Child Syndrome).  Is there a cure?  It’s immune to lollipops.

I really need to get out and explore the area for some different areas to photograph in.  My backyard is really, really boring.

Green…{Kansas City Photographer}

Happy St. Patricks Day….this was the only thing green in her closet.  Poor kid.

Senior Rep Announcement…{Kansas City Senior Photographer}

SeniorRep

I am currently accepting applications for Senior Reps.  You’re probably wondering what a Senior Rep is?  Well….A Senior Rep is someone who will represent Beth Smith Photography and spread the word to classmates and friends about Senior Sessions throughout the school year. Applicants must be fun, outgoing, NOT camera shy and willing to spread the word about me.

In order to be a Senior Rep you must:

-Have great style and enjoy being in front of the camera.

-Be a upcoming Senior, graduating in 2011, or a Junior graduating in 2012.

-Agree to share your custom photo experience with classmates and friends.

As part of the Senior Rep program, you will receive the following:

-2 custom photo sessions (creative fee waived).  One session can be completed before the 2o10 school year begins, the other before graduation.

-Free 8×10 and set of wallets.

-$25 print credit for every referral that results in a booking and completion of a session.

-50 personal rep cards for you to pass out around school.

Applicants that are chosen will be contacted with additional details.

So rare {Kansas City Photographer}

It’s rare that I actually get a decent picture of Cole these days.  They are definitely few and far between, so I cherish the ones I do manage to quickly snap.  Was he bribed for this one?  Perhaps.

Give away…

Maybe one day I’ll be cool enough to give away prizes like this, but for now I’m going to leave it up to the experts at Epiphanie Bags.  They are giving away either a brand new Canon 5D Mark II or a $2500 Southwest Airlines gift card on their blog!  You can enter just by commenting on the contest blog post, twittering about their give away, becoming their fan on Facebook  or about 15 other ways to enter, so go check it out!    Oh, and buy a bag!  I’m going to!

Facelift…

The hot pink was hurting my eyes so I’m revamping my whole website.  It’s a work in progress for sure.  Like the music?  It’s my super talented brother-in-law Crawford Smith.  Now I just need to figure out how to change my blog….Wendi?
